Holistic health is a life approach that considers the multidimensional aspects of wellness. It encourages individuals to know the whole person: physical, mental, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual.
Holistic therapy is a type of therapy that deals with the person as a whole. This type of therapy integrates forms of spiritual, physical, mental and emotional well-being. Its purpose is to help individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves at all these levels.
Who is our Holistic Therapist?
Hülya Özel Heeney D.Ac graduated from the Institute of Traditional Medicine, Toronto in 2009 and earned a diploma in Akupuntur and Qigong (Qigong) Energy Medicine.
He learned from various Shamans in Mexico and Bali the effects of the connection between the invisible energy bodies of man and their physical bodies on human health. Later, in Toronto, influenced by neuroscientist Dr. Joe Dispenza’s workshops, he prioritized healing with subconscious transformation in holistic therapy. She is currently developing his knowledge and experience in the field of hypnotherapy and subliminal transformation in Turkey.
He established the Private Wellness Clinic in Toronto and had continued to serve his patients until he came to Turkey during the pandemic.
In addition to writing his second story book in his daily life, Heeney is a mindfulness practitioner. He is also a nature lover and certified Qigong instructor.
